Believe it or not, mistakes are made in the writing of a magazine, so we need a way to correctly inform the public. The last issue of The Journal of the AVCR was named AVCR Magazine. This was changed to The Journal of the AVCR due to a vote within our society. Another change to the group was its name, the pneumonic of AVCR was kept, but the Amateur Virus Creation and Research Group was rendered unuseful, thus it was changed to The American Virus Creation and Research Society (AVCR). In the first issue of The Journal of the AVCR, filename INDEX.000 contained the following mistakes: The INDEX-01.000 was claimed to be the index file, when INDEX.000 was the index file. It contained the name The Gallows Review Magazine, which should have been The Journal of the AVCR. In the first issue of The Journal of the AVCR, filename AVCR-01.006, An Introduction to ASM, contained the following mistakes: The 80x86 was claimed to have "around 12 registers." In reality the 80x86 chip contains 22 registers, other chips not Intel based may contain more or less. It was claimed that AVCR-01.006 would be the new Introduction to ASM. AVCR-02.002 is the new Introduction to ASM. At best the last issue of The Journal of the AVCR was disorganized. We had an editorial and then a virus and then another editorial, we hope to organize our articles in that we will place editorials first, and then our virus research.
